To start in the middle

In Medias Res - is a plot device of starting a story in the middle, beginning a story in the middle of the action and I apologize in advance to the other "in medias res" blogspotter, whoever you are, but you are going to have to be magnanimous about sharing this title. It fits my situation. I used to blog years ago, but life intruded. I was overcome with obligations, coming rapid fire like standing in front of a tennis ball launcher in high gear, so blogging and face booking and all of those media communication avenues shut down for me and I got used to not being connected this way. Recently I read from a person I love (hey hipster) that she enjoyed those days of our blogs. Me too. Recently I have felt the Spirit's stirrings to make some changes for discipline, refinement, enjoyment and connection. God has switched the tennis ball launcher into a slower position. I have time to catch a breath and hear the love songs (kudos sis) and communicate with those others that want a deeper sense of connection (ms.britt). I am back. I probably won't be an uber faithful updater. I hope that I am but I am old enough to know time and situations alter and there are seasons in life.
